With a special focus on those requiring significant or lifelong support, Chance advocates for the rights, dignity, and full participation of every person in all areas of life — education, employment, and community integration.

From its inception, Chance has worked to bridge the gap between vision and implementation in the field of disability inclusion. The Association’s programs are rooted in evidence-based practices, international standards, and strong partnerships with governmental bodies, educational institutions, corporate partners, and civil society organizations.

Chance Association is governed by a professional Board of Directors and supported by a dynamic network of specialists, volunteers, families, and self-advocates.
