Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration Departments. The Head of Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration Departments will manage the daily operations of both departments and oversee the therapists, ensuring exceptional care for every client. They will collaborate with other departments to develop treatment plans for children with specialized needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration Departments.
- Develop and implement innovative therapy programs tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care.
- Mentor and guide therapists to ensure high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment plans for children with learning difficulties, developmental disorders, and behavior problems
- Experience in training and managing other therapists and therapists’ assistants
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Li-censure or certification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in ABA or other behavioral therapies is a plus
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills.
